  • 1.When the Customer uses the Internet Personal Appraisal Service through the Site, the Customer is required to provide birth information (date and time of birth, place of birth, etc.). In addition, when the Customer uses the Internet Personal Appraisal Service through the Site, the Customer will be required to provide at least the following information.

    • (4)Payment information (credit card number, expiration date, security code).
  • 2.When Customer register as a member through the Site, Customer will be required to provide at least the following information.

  • 3.The payment information entered by the Customer is sent directly to the credit card company. Company have no knowledge of the payment information entered by the Customer.

• Article 4（Uses of Personal Information）

  Company may use personal information collected through the Site for the following purposes.

  • (1)To confirm the Customer’s identity.
  • (2)To provide the Site to Customer (including sending, providing or disclosing information and data, etc., necessary for Customers to use the Site).
  • (3)To administer transactions with Customer conducted through the Site.
  • (4)To enforce the Company’s rights and obligations arising from transactions with Customer.
  • (5)To answer and respond to Customer inquiries.
  • (6)To provide Customer with information or instructions regarding the Site (including introductions, advertisements, or promotions regarding the Site).
  • (7)To bill and collect fees based on transactions with Customer conducted through the Site.
  • (8)To contact Customer to obtain their consent to the processing of personal information.

In such cases, Company will take appropriate measures and supervise the contractors to ensure the safe management of personal information by entering into confidentiality agreements (agreements that include provisions regarding the handling of personal information) with them.

• Article 7（Use of Cookies）

  • 1.The Site may use cookies. The purpose of cookies is to make the Site easier and safer to use. The cookies Company use are typically “session” cookies. This cookie is automatically deleted when Customer finish using the Site. Other cookies are stored on Customers device until Customer delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize Customers browser on Customers next visit.
  • 2.Customer can set Customers browser to allow or block the use of cookies (Customer can also change your browser settings to block the use of cookies). However, if Customer choose to decline cookies, Customer may not be able to use all of the features of the Site.

• Article 8（Server Log Files）

  • 1.Company may collect and store in log files the following information that Customers browser automatically sends to Company.

    • (2)Operating system used.
    • (3)Referrer URL.
    • (4)The host name of the computer from which Customer access the Site.
    • (5)The time of the request to the server.
  • 2.The above log files are not associated with any specific individual, nor are they linked to any other data.

• Article 9（Google Analytics）

  • 1.The Site uses the function of the web analysis service “Google Analytics” for statistical purposes. Company do not request or use any personal information for this purpose.
  • 2.The web analysis service “Google Analytics” uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about Customers use of the Site is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Customer may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on Customers browser, however please note that if Customer do this Customer may not be able to use the full functionality of the Site.

Chapter 2 Managing Personal Information

• Article 10（Proper Management of Personal Information）

  • 1.Company will handle personal information obtained in an appropriate and careful manner and take necessary and appropriate security control measures with the utmost care to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information. In the unlikely event of an accident, Company will promptly establish a system to minimize the damage and take corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • 2.The Site uses encryption to protect the security and transmission of sensitive content. All web pages that transmit personal information to Company are encrypted.

For this purpose, the Customer may request the Company to disclose, correct, add to, delete or stop providing to third parties the Personal Information that the Customer has disclosed or provided to the Company. Upon receipt of such a request, Company will respond to the request within a reasonable time after confirming that the Customer is the person who provided Company with the personal information in question.

• Article 12（Inquiries）

  If Customer have any questions about this Privacy Policy, or if Customer wish to access, correct, add to, delete or stop the provision of Customers personal information to third parties, please contact us at the following address. In such cases, Company may need to verify Customers identity.

• Article 13（Changes to this Privacy Policy）

Customer use of the Site after the revised Privacy Policy is posted on this Web page will be deemed Customers acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
